Honduras mission outreach
Light On The Road shares the Gospel of Jesus Christ while meeting practical needs in communities across Honduras.
Serving since 2015
Honduras has been on Roselinda “Rosa” Camacho’s heart since her early mission trips. What began through repeated Honduras mission trips has grown into an ongoing ministry relationship. Since 2015, she has returned many times with aid, prayer, and a willingness to serve wherever a need is placed before her.
The work reaches communities including Santa Bárbara, Morazán, Olanchito, and Yoro. Every visit is rooted in relationship: listening to families, working alongside local believers, and responding with care that respects each person’s dignity.
Humanitarian aid is an expression of the ministry’s Christian faith. Food, medicine, school supplies, home improvements, and other assistance open doors for encouragement and for sharing the hope of Jesus Christ.
Humanitarian aid in Honduras
School supplies, desks, backpacks, bicycles, and help with yearly school fees give children practical support for learning.
The ministry has helped with transportation, hospital visits, prayer, and medical expenses for children and adults in need.
Food for older adults, hygiene items for women, clothing, household goods, and kitchenware are delivered where they can make an immediate difference.
Projects have included energy panels, chickens with a coop and feed, improvements to homes, and a bed for a child with paraplegia.
Light On The Road supports local churches through improvements, practical supplies, preaching, prayer, and hands-on ministry.

People before projects
Light On The Road’s Honduras missions are not defined only by boxes shipped or supplies distributed. The ministry centers on people—sitting beside someone in a hospital, praying with a family, encouraging a local church, or helping a child prepare for school.
That personal approach allows practical support and spiritual care to remain connected. It is why every partner, donor, volunteer, and prayer supporter becomes part of the ministry’s impact.
