Interpreter, minister, servant, and director of Light On The Road.
A life of service
Rosa is no stranger to serving others locally or on the mission field. She worked for years with The Mustard Seed and joined many mission trips with Operation Provision International as an interpreter and fellow minister.
On those trips, she developed a deep love for people living without hope or basic necessities. The Lord placed Honduras on her heart, and since 2015 she has traveled there many times with humanitarian aid and the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Her ability to speak across cultures, listen with compassion, and respond personally continues to shape the ministry today.
The call to begin
“There is more work I want you to do. I need you to step out and start your own ministry.”
In 2020, Rosa became seriously ill with COVID-19 and lay near death in a local hospital. Through prayer, she was restored to health and came away with a clear mandate from the Lord to begin her own ministry.
She was told to call it Light On The Road. Since then, Honduras has remained the central focus of the ministry, with local service in Central Florida continuing alongside the international work.
How Rosa serves
Each person is met as a neighbor, with attention to the needs and circumstances in front of them.
Aid is shaped around real needs—from food and education to medical care and home support.
Every act of service points toward the love of Jesus and the hope of the Gospel.

Prepared to minister
Rosa works with families in need in Central Florida, often serving seniors and people walking through loss. In 2022, she graduated from the Ambassadors School of Ministry at Word of Life Church in Apopka, Florida.
Whether she is preaching, praying in a hospital, delivering supplies, or sitting with a neighbor, Rosa’s purpose remains the same: to let the love of Jesus shine through every encounter.
